To sustain Maha Partners & Co.’s successful recovery performance, we have carefully designed and established specialized recovery teams. Our focused and concerted recovery strategies consistently yield the best results for our clients while enabling our personnel to maximize their recovery efforts. We organize our recovery personnel into two dedicated teams.

Field Visit Officers

Maha Partner’s field officers will visit the debtor’s residence or office as part of our collection policy. We initiate these visits when telecommunication attempts have failed or when a direct approach is likely to be effective. The files are reassigned to field officers who are familiar with their respective areas, making it easier to locate the debtor. Site visitations have proven to be highly effective, as they prompt the debtor to recognize the seriousness of their situation and increase the likelihood of debt repayment.

Recovery Officers

Maha Partner’s recovery officers are expertly trained in communication and persuasion, while also being tactful. They aim to contact debtors within 48 hours of receiving the files. Understanding that the initial contact leaves a strong impression, they adopt a professional approach to avoid alienating debtors. Our officers are skilled in using persuasion and conciliation rather than adversarial methods.

Management Team

Maha’s management team is a group of senior department heads who are responsible for the overall direction and success of the organization. They work together to set strategic goals, develop business plans, and make key decisions that shape the company’s future. Each member brings expertise from their specific area, whether it be finance, IT, operations, administration or human resources, ensuring a comprehensive approach to management. The team also monitors the company’s performance, manages resources efficiently, and implements policies to foster a positive and productive work environment

Recovery Personal

Our recovery personnel undergo a rigorous screening and vetting process before joining the organization. All candidates must demonstrate the right mindset, attitude, and communication skills. Maha Partners does not employ freelance or part-time staff, as this does not align with our employment policies. Recovery staff receive a basic salary plus a competitive commission scheme.

Each recovery department has dedicated managers and supervisors responsible for overseeing operations and striving to meet and exceed monthly targets. Maha Partners prioritizes security in line with client requirements. Our security measures include CCTV, an access card system, alarm system, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, motion sensors, and a door key system.

Maha Partners utilizes the latest version of the industry’s leading collection software, Volare Debt Management System, specifically version 4.5. This version, customized to meet client needs, supports all collection activities and dunning processes.

Every officer is equipped with a personal computer, all of which are connected to the main server. The system ensures efficient monitoring and follow-up on collection activities, and it generates reports tailored to our clients’ requirements.

Additionally, the Volare system includes features such as autopurging or aborting expired files. It employs password security for user access, with mandatory password changes every 30 days. The system also incorporates advanced communication tools, including:

Mr. Pervinder Singh A/L Balvanta Singh

Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the collections industry and management, Mr. Pervinder brings a wealth of expertise and a hands-on approach to Maha Partners & Co. He began his career in 2000 at Frost & Sullivan, a prominent consulting firm, where he worked as a Research Associate. In this role, he managed a diverse portfolio of IT-related accounts, gaining valuable insights into the technology sector and the intricacies of account management. His tenure at Frost & Sullivan laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors in the collections industry.

In 2002, Mr. Pervinder transitioned to a role as a Credit Controller at TNT Express Worldwide, a global logistics company. Here, he was responsible for overseeing major accounts, further honing his skills in financial management and customer relations. His ability to navigate complex financial situations and maintain positive client relationships was instrumental in his success in this role.

He began his career in the collection industry in 2003 as a Legal Recovery Officer and was quickly promoted to Head of the Recovery Section. Leveraging his strong communication and negotiation skills, he soon established Maha Partners & Co, which has become one of the leading companies in the collection industry.

Through his leadership and dedication, Mr. Pervinder has been a driving force behind Maha Partners & Co.’s success, helping the company establish a strong reputation in the collections industry. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been crucial in navigating the challenges of the industry and achieving sustained growth and profitability.
